Terms and Conditions for Massage Therapy Services

General Information: a. By scheduling and receiving a massage therapy session, you (the "Client") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. b. The massage therapist (the "Therapist") agrees to provide professional massage therapy services according to industry standards.

Appointment Scheduling:
a. To schedule an appointment, the Client must contact the Therapist via phone, email, or any other agreed-upon method.
b. The Therapist will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the Client's preferred appointment time and date, subject to availability.

Cancellation and Rescheduling: To allow us to best accommodate all clients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Without this notice, the full fee will apply.
b. In the event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstances, the Therapist understands and will consider waiving the cancellation fee at their discretion.

Health and Medical Conditions:
a. Information has been provided on the website about certain conditions that may make treatment unsuitable. Please review these carefully before booking. If, on the day of your session, you disclose a condition that affects your ability to receive treatment, I will do my best to accommodate you; however, the session fee will still apply.
b. The Therapist will maintain confidentiality of the Client's health information, using it solely to adapt the massage session if necessary and to ensure the Client's safety and well-being
c. The Client agrees to disclose any relevant health information, medical conditions, or contraindications that may affect their ability to receive massage therapy safely.

Refunds and Satisfaction:
a. If the Client is dissatisfied with the massage therapy session for any reason, they must notify the Therapist immediately.
b. The Therapist will work with the Client to address any concerns and, if appropriate, offer a resolution.

Scope of Practice:
a. The Therapist is a licensed and certified professional massage therapist and will provide services within their established scope of practice.
b. The Therapist will not diagnose medical conditions or prescribe medications. Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical care, and the Client is encouraged to consult with their healthcare provider for any specific medical concerns.

Confidentiality and Privacy:
a. The Therapist will maintain the confidentiality and privacy of all Client information disclosed during the massage therapy session, except as required by law.
b. The Client's personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws.

Liability:
a. The Client acknowledges that massage therapy involves physical touch and manipulation of the body, which carries inherent risks.
b. The Therapist will take reasonable precautions to ensure the Client's safety but cannot be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may arise during or after the massage therapy session

By scheduling a massage therapy session, the Client indicates their understanding and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
