General Questions

Where are you located? I am located within Se9 Pilates on the 1st floor. Se9 Pilates is located within the Arcade. You can park in Sainburys and it's just a short walk from the there. The glass windows have been tinted grey, you can walk straight through and up the stairs. Please be mindful that there will most likely be a class on so please do not walk in on the phone/talking loud. The waiting room is upstairs.

Why do you have to do a consultation? I can understand that it can be wary to share your personal details with a stranger. I hope that I can create a safe and non-judgemental environment for you to relax and open up and I appriciate this can take time as well. That is why I program plenty of time before the actual massage for us to get to know one another and this is at no cost to you! All your details are securely stored and I will never have your name written on your form to protect your identity. Sometimes, on occasion depending on the issue, severity and how long it has been, an illness or injury could get worse with massage was given, so it is really important for me to know your health beforehand.
What services do you provide? I am committed to delivering high-quality remedial and therapeutic massage. To ensure a respectful and professional atmosphere, I do not tolerate any sexual behavior or inappropriate interactions.
What if I'm not feeling well on the day of my appointment? To avoid the spread, I kindly ask that you do not attend your appointment if you have a fever or any infectious skin rashs. Furthermore getting a massage when with a fever can cause further complications so it is advised for your own wellbeing as well as mine and others. Please give me a call ideally 48 hours beforehand so we can reschedule a more suitable day and time. Please check out my reschedule and cancelation policy
What if I'm under 18? Clients under 18 must be with an adult (preferably a parent or legal guidian) who gives consent for the treatment, co-signs the consultation, and stays present during the session.
Can I bring someone with me? Yes you can bring someone with you. They are welcome to wait in the waiting area or they can sit in with you if you feel more comfortable that way.
Do you do home visits? Yes, sessions are £95 within SW/SE area. Please inquire with me before booking as I cannot guarantee. I do not visit sole male clients at home. I will discuss your needs and expectations during initial consultation and advise on what I think the best options will be to address specific issues. I aim to keep consultations brief. If you have a detailed medical history and/or chronic conditions you would like to discuss, please inform me beforehand as extended consultation time will shorten time spent on the couch. Please note that I am a professional massage therapist. Inappropriate behaviour will be taken seriously and reported.
How do I redeem my points? Log into your account and follow the link to your account landing page, you will see your Loyalty points and instructions to redeem the points.

Booking and Appointments

What if I'm late for my appointment? I completely understand how life can be unpredictable at times. Please call me or send a message to let me know how late you are going to be. I will do my very best to accommodate your full treatment where possible however should the appointment time may be cut short if I have another client. There will most likely be a Pilates class on so I respectfully ask that you walk through quietly and head straight upstairs.

Do you accept insurance? I am able to provide you with an invoice once the session is paid and attended.

How do I reshedule or cancel my appointment? If you need to reschedule your appointment, please let me know a minimum of 24 hours before your appointment. When resheduling I will make all reasonable efforts to accommodate a new preferred appointment time and date, subject to availability. For cancellations I kindly ask for a 24 hour. Please be advised that if the booking is not cancelled within this timeframe, a 50% refund is applicable. For No Shows please accept that the full session payment will be applicable.
